Declaration on Acceptance of Funds and KYC Compliance
Pyara Darpan Foundation is firmly committed to maintaining the highest standards of transparency, accountability, and legal compliance in all its financial transactions. No funds are accepted without completing a thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
The Foundation hereby declares that no donation, grant, contribution, sponsorship, or financial assistance is accepted from any individual, corporate entity, institution, trust, or organisation without completing the required Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
Before accepting any funds, the Foundation ensures that:
The identity of the donor or funding organisation is properly verified through valid KYC documents.
The source of funds is lawful and does not violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
All donations comply with the Income Tax Act, applicable anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines, and other statutory requirements.
Appropriate records of donors and financial transactions are maintained for audit, governance, and regulatory purposes.
Pyara Darpan Foundation follows a strict policy of rejecting anonymous, unverifiable, or suspicious donations. Any contribution for which the required KYC documentation is not provided or cannot be satisfactorily verified will not be accepted.
